Hiawatha's quality assurance program combines both up-to-date measuring technology with real time cloud based controls on the shop floor to create a robust quality system. We utilize our Keyence Imaging system, CMM, and Elastomer Rheology to provide exact measurements on your products along with a tight calibration schedule performed by a 2nd party to ensure that we are providing the utmost quality to our customers. Our cloud based ERP system controls all quality checks on our manufacturing processes, incoming materials, and final inspection. Our customers can rest assured that every product leaving our building will have gone through quality checks at every level to what their product requires. Lastly, all these systems are audited to the ISO 9001:2015 Standard.
