Rubber Adhesion to Substrates
Bonding to substrates requires careful planning and preparation to be successful. The substrate material and rubber compound dictate what is required for substrate preparation, and what primer and bonding agents are used. Our chemist and engineers work together to design a process to insure proper adhesion between the substrate and rubber material. In many applications we achieve bond strength that exceeds the tear strength of the rubber material.
